Talk about a foodie’s dream!! I walked into to this glass building and it just hit me, the second I stepped foot in the building. This was going to be a food lover’s Disneyland. I was headed up to Healdsburg which is in the Napa Valley and made sure that the Healdsburg SHED was my fist stop. So basically, the best I can explain the Healdsburg SHED as, is a hub of different food and cooking areas. There is a main restaurant area, coffee bar, fermentation bar, front and outdoor patio, and just food everywhere! The second I walked in I saw their meats and immediately bought a quarter pound of prosciutto, then ate the best fried chicken of my life, literally though – like better than the chicken in the south, baked goods, some specialty drinks, and so much more. This is basically like an Eatly if you have been to one of those before. Every where you go you are just surrounded by food, and I am certainly not mad about that!
Along with soooo much incredible food, the Healdsburg SHED is also like a William Sonoma, ya didn’t know it could get better, but it does! They have the most beautiful and authentic kitchen wear, along with a lot of other delicious foods you can buy specialty chocolate, cinnamon sugar marshmallows, homemade tomato sauce, and so much more! Not to mention, you can also buy gardening tools and flowers as well (hence the name). Let’s get to some of the pictures, because no words will do the SHED justice!
This has to be one of my favorite photos! I forgot to mention above, you can buy their fresh vegetables! It’s also like a mini farmers market! Oh, and the lighting in the SHED is amazing! Perfect to snap insta photos!
I mean…… this is what I mean when you are just surrounded by food everywhere you step. It truly is a foodies heaven! I spent hours there and then went back the next day!
As you can see from the photos, the SHED is stunning, just purely stunning! I wish they had something like this in San Francisco, but it is only a two hour drive from San Francisco and makes for a great little get-away! Everything on their menu is incredible! I had the most amazing salad and oysters! I mean a week later I was still craving the lettuce! Like seriously!! LOL! I also took home some flours, veggies, and pasta sauce, and made a great pasta dish for dinner with all the fresh ingredients!
Even if you are not a total foodie, this place is great to visit, because it is where all the people are! It is always crowded and their is outdoor seating in the front! Lot’s of people were just buying meats, cheeses, and wine, and then sitting on their outside patio and having a picnic. It is pretty much perfect!
I can’t wait to go back to Healdsburg just to visit the SHED! Hope this inspires you to get your foodie adventure on, and check out this mesmerizing place!
