Homemade Crostini with Burrata and Prosciutto

Perfect for eating cheese and meats! Adds a nice crunch!



  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. thinly slice the bread, and then if it is still a large slice, cut again but vertically
  3. Place on a baking sheet and using a pastry or bbq brush, generously coat the slices in olive oil
  4. Salt and pepper, preferably with course sea salt, and place in oven for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crisp
  5. Let cool and then place on a platter with burrata in the middle, and the crostini and prosciutto around it.
