Tricolore Salad

homemade crostini with burrata and prosciutto

I love this salad because it is simple, fancy, and involves lots of parmesan.



Combined chopped lettuce together, add about 2 tbsp of olive oil to start with. Make sure evenly coated and add a little more if you need.

Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon and mix again.

Generously sprinkle shaved parmesan and mix, sprinkle again to have on top. Add a pinch of pepper and serve!
